The First Contact HR model began as an outgrowth of BTI Employee Screening Services, which was established in 1999 to better serve the employee verification needs of small to medium-sized businesses in Dallas, Texas. In 2004, First Contact HR developed a strategic relationship with the founding partner and began offering background screening services combined with its human resource solutions platform.
