Operations Team Lead

About this job
This person will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the First Contact HR operatoin’s team. This position is perfect for a career-driven individual who is looking to develop their leadership skills and grow with the company.  The Operations Team Lead will help to ensure that the service centers are in full compliance with First Contact HR's operational policies and procedures.

General Qualifications

• Experience managing a small group of people.
• Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential matters with the highest degree of integrity.  Capacity to display sound judgment, and to work urgently, discreetly, thoroughly, and objectively on matters of extreme confidentiality. 
• Shows understanding, friendliness, courtesy, tact, empathy, concern, and politeness to others. 
• Must be able to interact with a diverse population across all socioeconomic levels.
• Extremely detail oriented with high energy level.
• Must possess strong customer service skills, good typing skills and be proficient with computers, Microsoft Office and conducting web-based investigations.
• Previous experience processing credentials preferred
• Knowledge of basic business terminology and office procedures.
• Basic knowledge of drug screening protocol.
• Must demonstrate a strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, organize and analyze facts, and author comprehensive reports, as needed.
• B.S. degree and experience in criminal justice preferred

• Overseeing team of location leaders, HR Investigators and Enrollment Specialists at 2 locations
• Adhere and enforce all company and departmental employment policies
• Work closely with company leadership
• Oversee the accurate processing of applicants
• Will help to guarantee the timely release of quality background screening reports
• Ensure professional collection and processing of drug screens, and associated activities
