Digital, Live Scan Fingerprinting

We provide digital, live-scan FBI Fingerprinting through affiliated, government sanctioned locations nationwide. Applicants are typically scheduled at a local facility within close proximity to their residence or employer for FBI fingerprinting. The search provides the name of the agency that submitted the fingerprints to the FBI, including no records found or whether an arrest was detected, the date of arrest, arrest charge, and the disposition of the arrest, if known to the FBI. The timing and method of record reporting vary from state-to-state.

Ink-Based Fingerprinting

First Contact HR conducts ink-based printing at our Fort Washington and Philadelphia, PA locations. This service is performed by our highly trained technicians for the purposes of licensing, immigration, employment, certification, background checks and more.

Fingerprints are collected on FBI FD-258 fingerprint cards. This is the standard FBI fingerprint card used by the FBI, Bureau of U.S Citizenship and Immigration Services, and many police agencies for non-criminal fingerprinting. We maintain a stock of FBI FD-258 fingerprint cards and make them available for no additional charge. Typically, if you have been requested to submit fingerprints, this is the correct card. However, you are encouraged to bring your own cards, if supplied to you by the agency requiring the fingerprints. We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Mobile Fingerprinting

We also offer mobile fingerprinting for organizations that need to fingerprint a large group of subjects (typically 20 or more). We offer both our digital, live-scan and ink-based fingerprinting services throughout the Philadelphia, Montgomery, Bucks and Delaware county areas in Pennsylvania. We can also provide mobile fingerprinting services in Southern New Jersey and Delaware.
